Our lasting quality commitment is a guarantee for the practical lifetime of each item against failure or damage in its intended usage. Our lasting quality commitment covers every item for the practical lifetime of the product, including failure of craftsmanship, failure of materials or production defects.
What do we mean by practical lifetime of each item?
We make our products to last over extended periods of time, but nothing lasts indefinitely. The lifetime refers to the time at which, through normal use, the product can no longer function in its intended purpose.
Our commitment does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other that its intended purpose.
What do we mean by general wear?
General wear is the natural breakdown of materials over a long period of normal usage. Once you’ve put enough miles on it, that bag may show some scuffs on the corners, or some creases in the materials. This isn’t a failure of materials or workmanship; it is simply the natural course of any well-built product. If a Vesper Faering bag has served you well but is showing a lifetime of normal use, we hope you’re consider buying a replacement to last another lifetime.
What doesn’t the lifetime commitment cover?
Our commitment does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item other than its intended purpose. This include animal damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third part shipping companies, extreme wear and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. Please note every item is subject to an evaluation by our Vesper Faering returns team.
How are shipping costs handled?
Customers are responsible for shipping items to Vesper Faering. Vesper Faering will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that you ship the product using a carrier than can provide you with tracking information and proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for their product until we sign for its delivery.
